Parcel 32 opened June 5 at 442 King St. The 104-seat restaurant is in a Charleston single home built in 1837 and includes a main dining room, bar, piazza and communal table.

Executive chef Shaun Brian’s menu includes pecan meal hush puppies with pickled peppers, pimento cheese and bacon powder; chilled cucumber and blue crab soup with sugar snap peas and lemon creme fraiche; and benne and herb-grilled country pork chops with sweet potato mustard, mustard greens and pickled green tomatoes.

The restaurant will be open for dinner from 5:30 to 10 p.m. Tuesdays through Sundays. Reservations can be made on OpenTable.

Sol Southwest Kitchen & Tequila Bar is hosting Tequila Thursdays starting at 4 p.m. Thursday at the Mount Pleasant, Summerville and downtown Charleston locations. This series will take place every Thursday and will include a different premium, 100% agave tequila each week.

From 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., guests will be able to taste an aged tequila and learn more about what makes each tequila unique. Signature cocktails, margaritas and tequila flights will also be available throughout the night.

Beach Bod, a summer beer collaboration between The Darling Oyster Bar and Revelry Brewing, will be released at a party from 4 to 7 p.m. June 21 at Revelry.

The event will include oysters on the rooftop and Beach Bod — a light beer brewed with champagne yeast, Meyers lemons and finger limes — will be available for purchase. Beach Bod will also be available for purchase at Revelry and The Darling starting June 21.
