An intense interest in activity trackers hasn’t necessarily resulted in an increase in desire to engage in workplace wellness.

Data from a recent UnitedHealthcare survey shows that most workers think that workplace wellness programs make a positive impact on their health.

But a majority are unwilling to devote at least 60 minutes a day to the effort.

Cognitive dissonance for the win (loss?)
