Charleston construction company expands with Florida office

Frampton Construction Co. LLC, a full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, and construction services, has expanded its operations by adding a new office in Tampa, Fla.

The office, located at 4300 West Cypress St., Suite 200, marks the company’s third location, according to a Frampton news release. It also has offices in Charleston, and Charlotte, N.C.

Frampton Construction is establishing a presence in Tampa to support growing client demand in the Florida market, the release stated. The company has construction projects throughout the state in Ocala, Lutz, and Lakeland. Senior Project Manager Kyle Shank will lead the company’s Tampa office operations. Previously based in Charlotte, Shank has been with Frampton since 2019.

(Photo/Provided)“We’re so excited for this new chapter, which gives us a physical presence amid the communities we’re already working hard to serve here in the Tampa area,” Shank said in the release. “This move represents a significant milestone for Frampton, and it will allow us to continue to build relationships with clients, partners, and industry peers across the Southeast.”

Established in 2014, Frampton Construction has earned numerous honors and awards demonstrating growth and leadership in the construction industry, the release stated. The company has also been consistently recognized among the “Best Places to Work” in Charleston and Charlotte.

“We’re very proud of the track record of growth and success we’ve witnessed so far and feel fortunate for the opportunity to expand our base of operations into this robust market. Our team is eager to establish roots here, and we expect nothing less than to thrive in this new location under Kyle’s solid leadership,” Chad Frampton, CEO of Frampton Construction, said in the release.
