New collaborative workspace prepares for downtown Charleston opening

City House Church Street, a shared office space with high end amenities in Charleston’s French Quarter, will open its doors on May 1 at 158 Church St. in Charleston.

(Photo/Provided)With private offices available for short and long-term leases, two conference rooms that can be expanded into one larger room, and indoor and outdoor seating for meetings and collaboration, City House operators said in a news release that it has a workspace solution for everyone.

Members also will have access to amenities including concierge services, a stocked kitchenette and wet bar, curated food and beverage selections from local providers, reserved parking and access to exclusive discounts with Charleston partners, according to the news release.

The opening of City House Church Street represents the first phase of City House Charleston.

Phase two, City House Residences, will offer luxury residential addresses, each with an outdoor terrace.

Landmark Partners, in collaboration with Bello Garris Architects, SGA NW Architecture and Rethink Studio Interior Design, is developing the $50 million revitalization project that in addition to the residences will include the Parker Lounge pool deck and new commercial space.

City House Church Street will have an open house from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on April 28.
