Forbes to kickoff 2021 Business Forum for CRBJ

The Charleston Regional Business Journal and its partners are offering a monthly webcast featuring advice from top executives and entrepreneurs. The first webcast features Steve Forbes, editor-in-chief of Forbes, on Jan. 13.

The Business Forum is presented by Charleston Southern University and Comcast Business. Online registration is free at this link.

The 21st Century Business Forum will offer insight and advice from top executives, experts and thought leaders in fields including communications and college football to help navigate the year ahead.

The series, hosted in a question-and-answer format by bestselling author Jon Gordon, begins Jan. 13 with Forbes. Other guests will appear on the second Wednesday of each month, including author and leadership expert John Maxwell in February and author Renee Mauborgne in March.

Gordon is the author of bestselling books including “The Power of Positive Leadership” and “The Coffee Bean,” while Mauborgne is the author of “Blue Ocean Strategy” and “Blue Ocean Shift.” In 2019, she and co-author Chan Kim were named the No. 1 management thinkers in the world by Thinkers50.

Future guests will include Nick Saban, who has won five national championships as head football coach at the University of Alabama and will address team-building, along with authors Josh Linkner and Brian Solis.
