Geneva Financial opens branch in Mount Pleasant

Listen to this articleGeneva Financial, a direct mortgage lender operating in 46 states, has announced the opening of a new branch in Mount Pleasant at 115 Bowman Road.
It is the company’s first location in the Lowcountry, according to the Geneva website location guide.
Adam Kernen is the branch manager, according to a news release.
“The growth in the South Carolina market over the past year showed us it was time for a new base of operations,” Kernen said in the news release. “This new branch location is our opportunity to better serve borrowers in our community and across the Carolina's achieve their goals of homeownership and refinance strategy.”
The branch can serve customers throughout the state, the release said. Products include conventional, FHA, V.A., USDA, refinance, reverse and jumbo loans.
The Mount Pleasant location is part of the company’s strategy to expand in all of its markets, the release said. Other S.C. locations are in Greenville, Chapin and Gaston.
The company is based in Chandler, Ariz.
