New Vice President of Property Management Announced at Landmark Enterprises

Mr. Thomas Scarborough has joined Landmark Enterprises as Vice President of Property Management. Scarborough is a Charlestonian with deep roots in the Charleston area. Landmark Enterprises has been a leader in commercial real estate brokerage, property management and development since 1974.

At Landmark Enterprises, Scarborough will be responsible for managing the company’s assets, our third-party management portfolio, and growth of the commercial real estate management services. He will work with the Landmark brokerage and development team managing the property and tenants, oversee the 3rd party management portfolio, and expand the third-party management side of our business. Landmark Enterprises focuses on all types of Commercial Real Estate Management Services’ from; property management, asset management, TI projects, development and build to suite contracts.

Scarborough is a graduate of University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business and is pursuing the Certified Property Manager designation. His career in Commercial Real Estate Property Management began while working in Columbia with Colliers International – South Carolina. While there, Scarborough earned many accolades and awards like the 2020 Service Excellence Award for his help and diligence onboarding the largest portfolio transaction in company history – Reger Holdings, Weston Industrial. He moved back home in 2021 to work with NAI Charleston and ACPM as there Regional Property Manager. Today, he is the Vice President of Property management at Landmark Enterprises.
