Homebuyers eager to live among the scenic beauty of rural Johns Island can now tour two professionally decorated model homes in Grace Landing, where a swim club and play park are taking shape in the new Pulte neighborhood located just 12 miles from downtown Charleston.

The just completed one-story Palmary model home at 2002 Parrish House Circle on Johns Island sits next door to the recently completed two-story Continental. The models showcase two of the five flexible floorplans being offered in Grace Landing, where all homes feature side-load garages with an option for a third bay for a golf cart or storage.

The two-story decorated Continental model is a visual treat with a substantial Butler’s Pantry connecting the grand dining room and gourmet kitchen for easy meal prep and out-of-the-way storage. With four to five bedrooms and up to four baths, the 2,869+ square-foot floorplan starts at $510,990.

Both Folly Beach and Kiawah Island’s Beachwalker Park are a short drive from Grace Landing, in addition to Johns Island Club and the Kiawah Resort golf and spa clubs.
