Senior living residents and staff at Somerby Mount Pleasant welcome Mount Pleasant Mayor Will Haynie, who will share a presentation “The Town of Mount Pleasant: Past, Present and Future” followed by a reception in the community’s Model Villa.

The presentation includes a brief history of the city, contributors to Mount Pleasant’s growth, and emerging plans to maintain and balance the area’s beauty, landscape and quality of life.

Somerby Mount Pleasant residents, their families, prospective residents, staff, media and the public are invited to attend. The event is free and open to the public.
