Moore | Martin Rebrand and Name Change

We are excited to announce that Moore | Martin Real Estate Valuation Services, Inc. has been rebranded using the new name Martin | Truluck. The name change represents an exciting new chapter for the company, but there is no material difference in the two entities.

James Martin, MAI has been in the industry for over (20) years and is a past president of the South Carolina Appraisal Institute. He will continue his duties as CEO and a director. Clark Truluck, MAI, has been in the industry for (15) years and is currently the President of the South Carolina Appraisal Institute. He will continue his duties as President and a director.

James and Clark, along with our team look forward to continuing to serve our local vendors, clients and colleagues in the years to come.

Just over a year ago, Paul K. Moore, MAI a beloved friend, founder of Paul K. Moore & Associates and partner with Moore | Martin passed away. With his guidance, experience and leadership, he helped create what this company is today. We plan to continue our service as leaders in the appraisal industry providing value and expertise to all of our clients.
