HOT PROPERTIES: Orangeburg industrial space sells

Brokers Dexter Rumsey IV and Sarah Shelley of NAI Charleston represented the buyer, BGG Rowesville LLC, in the purchase of a 209,400-square-foot industrial space at 2084 Rowesville Road in Orangeburg.

The buyer intends to use the acquired space for warehouse operations. NAI Columbia’s John Gregory and NAI Earle Furman’s Hal Johnson represented the seller in this transaction, Ecomelida Inc.
