JR Caldwell, MRED, and Bob Caldwell, SIOR, of Caldwell Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, North Rhett Executive Center LLC, in the lease of office space at 5617 North Rhett Ave., North Charleston, to Sudofy LLC.
