Brent Case and Hannah Kamba of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the landlord, Azalea 888 Zhou Tang LLC, in the lease of 2,800 square feet of retail space for tenant Nail Garden LLC, a nail salon in Unit 101B at 143 Berkeley Circle in Summerville. Nail Garden has a location in Suite F at 5325 Park Forest Parkway in North Charleston.


Brent Case and Hannah Kamba of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the landlord, Azalea 888 Zhou Tang LLC, in the lease of 3,080 square feet of retail space in Units 105 and 106 at 143 Berkeley Circle in Summerville. Jenna Philipp of Palmetto Commercial Properties represented the tenant, Energy Enhancement Centers USA LLC, a wellness spa.


Mandy Coleman of National Restaurant Properties represented the tenant, La Minerva Inc., in the lease of 4,200 square feet of retail space at 8849 Dorchester Road in North Charleston. Suites 108-110 were leased from Riverbluff Retail Partners LLC.


Jon-Michael Brock and Thomas Fawcett of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord in the lease of 10,200 square feet of warehouse space at 4741 Franchise St. in North Charleston.


Reid Davis, Pete Harper and Cameron Yost of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the buyer of 5600 Rivers Ave. in North Charleston. The 13,330-square-foot retail site sold for $4 million.


Paul Paschal of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord in the lease of 1,100 square feet of office space at 2171 Ashley Phosphate Road in North Charleston.
