Jing “Julia’ Donovan of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the tenant, Vape FX LLC, in the lease of 720 square feet of retail space at 1302 Yeamans Hall Road in Hanahan. The landlord, 1268 Yeamans Hall LLC was represented by Brent Case of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic. The retail business will be a Vape Shop.

Todd Garrett, Tradd Varner, David Newman and Crawford Riddle of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the landlord, Wappoo Granite LLC, in the lease of 8,179 square feet of industrial space at 1033 Wappoo Road, Unit F, Charleston to Hoch LLC. Zach Lord of NAI Charleston represented the tenant.

Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the landlord, Sandlapper One Associates LLC, in the lease of 10,103 square feet of warehouse space in Suite A at 7635 Sandlapper Parkway in North Charleston to Sanders Inc. Jenna Philipp of Palmetto Commercial Properties represented the tenant.

Justin Ross of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the tenant in retail lease negotiations for 6251 Highway 162 in Hollywood. The address includes 1,200 square feet of space.
