During his career, Jeremy has marketed and brokered hundreds of lease and sale transactions across a wide variety of industries and properties throughout the Charleston region. Jeremy is passionate about helping property and business owners enjoy and maximize the benefits of the real estate they own or occupy, by building commercial real estate value through flexible and innovative solutions. Gerry is joining the Harbor team as a Partner, specializing in Office and Investment Services. He has over 17 years of experience as a commercial realtor, coming to Harbor Commercial Partners from Avison Young. As a Senior Vice President at Avison Young Charleston since 2013, Gerry has a proven knowledge and experience in the commercial and investment real estate industry. Throughout his real estate career, Gerry has completed the prestigious CCIM designation, acquired a portfolio of properties throughout the Charleston market and is consistently recognized as a Commercial ‘Realtor of Distinction’ by the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR). Additionally, he currently serves on the CTAR Board of Directors, the South Carolina Realtor Board of Directors, Riley Institute Union Pier Stakeholder Advisory Committee and President of the Historic Ansonborough Neighborhood Association.
