CHARLESTON, S.C. – Handsome Properties, Charleston’s premier luxury real estate firm, is proud to announce that Alisa Connolly has joined their sales team.

Alisa Connolly, originally from Dubuque, Iowa, and raised on the West Coast, is a proactive, results-driven real estate professional passionate about delivering value and exceptional service. While living on the West Coast Alisa had the opportunity to visit Charleston on several occasions, and developed a love for the city’s culture, community, and beauty.

When the opportunity presented itself, Alisa chose to pursue her dream of living in Charleston. She relocated to Charleston and embarked on the journey to restore an 1870s Charleston Single in the South of Broad neighborhood that she calls home with her boyfriend and 3 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.

Prior to joining Handsome Properties, Alisa spent most of her career working for large public real estate investment trusts in various executive leadership positions. With an emphasis on revenue growth, operations, and finance, she played an integral role in overseeing leasing and strategy functions.

Alisa holds an MBA from Pepperdine University with business, finance, and global business degrees. Her strong financial acumen combined with her love for the Lowcountry make her an ideal fit for clients who are as passionate as she is about the nuances of the historic homes of Charleston and the community that surrounds them.
