Charleston-based Attorney Named “Lawyer of the Year” by an Esteemed National Organization

The Best Lawyers in America® has selected attorney Clay M. Grayson, founder of Grayson Law Firm, as the “Lawyer of the Year” in Charleston, SC in the practice area of Business Organizations for 2024. Mr. Grayson received the most votes from among his peers in this practice area to earn this distinction.

He was also selected for inclusion in the 2024 edition of The Best Lawyers in America® for Business Organizations (including LLCs and partnerships) and Nonprofit / Charities Law. This year will mark the seventh year that Mr. Grayson has been recognized in these practice areas by Best Lawyers®.

Lawyers are not required nor allowed to pay a fee to be listed; therefore, inclusion in Best Lawyers is considered a singular honor.
