Centex Opens New Phase in Nexton’s Bradford Pointe

Centex has opened a new enclave of affordable single-family homes in Nexton’s Bradford Pointe, offering a limited first release of woodland and pond-view homesites, all-in pricing with must-have features and an up-and-running private amenity park.

About 30 minutes from downtown Charleston, Bradford Pointe’s flexible floorplans range in size from three bedrooms and two baths all the way up to five bedrooms and three baths. Prices begin at $350,000 to the low $400,000s and include top-priorities like quartz or granite countertops, shaker-style cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, two car garages and energy efficient construction.

A total of 28 homes are under construction, including seven quick move-ins expected to be ready early next year.
