Burkentine Announces Plans For First South Carolina Rental Community

Hanover, PA – Burkentine plans to build a 144-unit luxury apartment rental community in Hardeeville, SC located in Jasper County, SC. Lakeview Terrace will offer garden apartments with open-concept layouts, available in spacious 1 and 2-bedroom floorplans, and featuring all the thoughtful amenities and conveniences for modern living. The community, conveniently located off Interstate 95 and 20 miles from Hilton Head Island and 17 miles from Savannah, GA, will offer an outdoor pool, club house, fitness center, fire pit, dog park and is close to many of the area’s famed public and private golf courses.
