Buist Byars & Taylor Adds CRE Partner

Amber N. Mufale has joined Buist Byars & Taylor as a partner in the firm’s commercial real estate department.

Her primary focus will be commercial real estate transactions and closings, representing clients in purchases and divestitures, contract negotiation, and title review. She will also handle business entity formation, construction contracts, licensing agreements, and similar matters.

Mufale earned her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Boston University. She is licensed to practice law in South Carolina, North Carolina and New York.

She serves on the Board of Directors for CREW Charleston as Treasurer and as an Executive Leadership Team Member for American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women initiative, and was a member of the Charleston Metro Chamber’s Leadership Charleston Class of 2023.
