Buist Byars & Taylor LLC is pleased to announce Seth Saunders has joined the firm as a senior associate attorney.

Seth joins the firm’s growing Tax/Estate Planning/Probate department. His practice is primarily focused on guiding clients through the estate planning process, working hand-in-hand with them to formulate a targeted plan to achieve goals.

He earned his Dual B.A. in History & English from the College of William & Mary and was a member of the varsity baseball team. After graduation, he attended the New England School of Law in Boston. Upon graduation in 2009, Seth headed to Washington, DC to pursue an M.B.A. from The George Washington University while working in public relations for the Washington Commanders as a graduate assistant.

The Tax/Estate Planning/Probate team is led by partner Abe Gutting and also includes associate Nate McMurry and paralegal Emma Daisey. While based in Buist Byars & Taylor’s Mt. Pleasant office at 652 Coleman Boulevard, the team regularly meets with clients in the firm’s Kiawah/Seabrook office in Freshfields Village as well.
