Charleston’s Evening Post Group has sold EPI Health LLC to a public specialty dermatology company based out of Durham, N.C., for a closing purchase price of $27.5 million. Sweetgrass Landing Apartments in Mount Pleasant has sold for $55.5 million. The acquisition is Continental Realty Corp.’s fifth asset in the greater Charleston area. Developed in 2001, Sweetgrass Landing Apartments are located at 1100 Legends Club Drive and encompass 14, two-story buildings.
