Felicia Lassiter-Smith has joined Adams as Director of Property Management.
Felicia has a degree in Psychology from Lynchburg College and an MA in Mass Communication from Norfolk State University. She has been in property management for 23 years. “I am passionate about old school customer service,” she says. “I believe in the ability to meet a client’s needs in the most efficient and appreciable way. Service with a smile goes a long way.” Among other duties, Felicia will oversee APG property managers, property management accounting, tenant billbacks as well as negotiations of vendor services and contracts.

Dutch Mutchler has joined Adams Property Group as their newest Property Manager. Dutch is originally from Maryland and attended West Virginia Wesleyan College where he received a degree in Business Management and a Masters in Business administration. Dutch has spent much of his career in healthcare administration, but was drawn to APG because of the exciting opportunity to work in two areas that he is passionate about, real estate/property management. In his new position, Dutch will oversee vendors and services at Adams’ many managed properties.
