Listen to this articleEvery 1 Voice Matters along with Acts of Kindness, Healthy Blue, and the N. Charleston P.D. will be giving away 700 new coats and 200 new toys on Sat., Dec. 23 from 12 noon to 3 PM at the North Charleston City Hall at 2500 City Hall Lane in North Charleston.
Please note that the 100+ new bikes being given out required pre-registration by 12/4.
