Mark Erickson of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer represented the tenant, Sandys Cleaners, in the lease renewal of 2,100 square feet of space at 211 St. James Ave. in Goose Creek.


Lindsey Halter and Reid Davis of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, 735 JDB LLC, in the lease of 3,757 square feet of office space at 735 Johnnie Dodds Blvd., Suite 102, in Mount Pleasant to Hazen and Sawyer. Pete Harper of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord in the lease renewal of 2,071 square feet of office space in Corporate Square One, at 2420 Mall Drive, Suite 206, in North Charleston to General Dynamics.


Bryan Perrucci of Southeastern Management Group represented the landlord, Rhodes Living Trust, in the lease of a 1,000-square-foot retail space at 91 Broad St. in downtown Charleston to Golden Bear Realty.


Ryan Welch of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, L’Wood Associates Inc., in the lease of 1,232 square feet of flex space in Suite 604 at 4250 Dorchester Road in North Charleston to Low County Dog Trainers LLC. Jon-Michael Brock of SVN Tideland Commercial represented the tenant.
