Chad Yonce of Southeastern Management Group represented the landlord, RML Associates LLC, in the lease of 1,000 square feet of retail space at 936 Savannah Highway in Charleston to The Good Earth Dry Cleaner.


Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the landlord in the lease of 2,048 square feet of space at 103 Harth Place, Suite B, in Summerville to Palmetto Digestive Disease PA.


Bob Nuttall and Lindsey Halter of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the seller, SD Co. LLC, in the sale of a 15,500-square-foot office building at 111 Springhall Drive in Goose Creek to Hire Quest LLC for $1.16 million. Miles Barkley and Ryan Welch of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the buyer.


Zach Wade of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the landlord, Jack Krauss, and the tenant, Havana Cigars, in the lease extension of a 1,600-square-foot retail space in Suite F at 10597 Dorchester Road in Summerville.


Marlena Franklin of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the seller, Trolley Center LLC, in the sale of an 8,500-square-foot retail and office strip center at 75 Old Trolley Road in Summerville for $830,000. Steve Radekopf of Radekopf & Associates represented the buyer.

Mark Mattison and Mike Palmer of Colliers International represented the landlord, Northside Investments LLC, in the lease of 1,954 square feet of office space at 7410 Northside Drive in North Charleston to MCS Recruitment LLC. Kristina Lane and Ryan Robertson of SVN Blackstream represented the tenant.


Mike Palmer of Colliers International represented the tenant, Objectivity2 Wealth Management, in the lease of 1,656 square feet of office space at 701 East Bay St. in downtown Charleston.
