Chad Yonce of Southeastern Management Group represented the tenant, Sun Station Tanning, in the lease of 1,382 square feet of retail space in Sumter’s Landing Shopping Center, at 1027 Folly Road on James Island, from Sumter’s Landing LLC. Erin England of Commercial Real Estate Ventures LLC represented the landlord.


Jack Owens of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the tenant, MUSC Health at Home by Bayada, in the lease of space at 176 Croghan Spur Road, Suite 102, in Charleston. Chip Shealy of CBRE Inc. represented the landlord.


Steve Radekopf of Radekopf & Associates represented the buyer in the sale of an 8,500-square-foot commercial shopping center on 0.65 acres at 75 Old Trolley Road in Summerville. Marlena Franklin of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the seller.


Ed Kercher of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer represented the tenant, Navy Federal Credit Union, in the lease of 1,934 square feet of space at 2000 Sam Rittenberg Blvd. in Charleston.


Philip Owens of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer represented the tenant, Wells Fargo Advisors, in the lease renewal of 6,713 square feet of office space in the Bank of America Building at 200 Meeting St. in Charleston.


Robert Pratt of Re/Max Pro Realty represented the landlord in the lease renewal of Suite B at 114 E. Richardson Ave. in Summerville to Azalea Magazine LLC.


Reid Davis of Lee & Associates Charleston represented the landlord, Robert Wells Investments LLC, in the lease of 1,775 square feet of office space at 526 Johnnie Dodds Blvd., Suite 201, in Mount Pleasant to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of South Carolina.
