Dan T. Henderson Jr. of CCBG LLC Real Estate Group represented the seller, Marshland Management Group LLC, in the sale of 1,399 square feet of space at 528 Johnnie Dodds Blvd., Unit 3, in Mount Pleasant to Andrew Chmiel for $365,924. Nancy Mace of Keller Williams Commercial represented the buyer.


Faith Geiger of East Bay Co. Ltd. represented the company as the landlord in the lease of 1,006 square feet of space on the third floor of 4 Carriage Lane in Charleston to Sherrise B. Brockington, Esq.


Phil Rose of Twin Rivers Capital LLC represented the landlord in the lease of an executive suite at 1 Carriage Lane in Charleston to Reliance Global Logistics.


Steve Radekopf of Radekopf & Associates represented the buyer in the purchase of a 13,932-square-foot multitenant office building at 3025 Ashley Phosphate Road in North Charleston. Markus Kastenholz of CBRE represented the seller.


Mark Erickson of Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer represented the buyer, Port City Concrete Land LLC, in the purchase of 3.84 acres of heavy industrial land along Pace Street in North Charleston from XJM Co. LLC for $800,000.

Trad Dyches of Palmetto Commercial Properties LLC represented the seller, 8088 Rivers Ave. LLC, in the sale of 9,660 square feet of office space at 8088 Rivers Ave. to Club Horizons of Charleston Real Estate LLC for $912,500.
